Your Role as a Property Advisor: · Prospecting: Find new properties from landlords and sellers using our proven strategies. · Listing: Showcase these properties in a way that attracts the right clients. · Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries and leads for the properties you list. · Viewings: Set up and conduct property viewings, showcasing each property with confidence. · Negotiations: Negotiate offers with landlords and close the deal. · Closing Deals: Finalize contracts between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. What We’re NOT Looking For: · If you’re expecting quick and easy results without putting in the work, this role won’t be for you. · If you’re someone who gives up when things get tough, we might not be the right fit. · If you don’t have the motivation or ambition to succeed, real estate can be challenging. · If you don’t have a UAE driver’s license or access to a car, this role requires mobility.
